Income Tax Clinic
Filing support for low-income women with simple tax questions
Get Tax filing support at the NSWC
The NSWC operates a year-round program where low-income women can receive support filing personal income taxes and answering simple tax questions.

Run in conjunction with the Canada Revenue Agency's Community Volunteer Income Tax Program, this program is by appointment only. Appointments can be made year-round, and during tax season. However, during tax season, clients are permitted to cover a maximum of two tax years.
Clients with more complicated filings, such as those who are filing taxes for more than two years or self-employed individuals, may not be eligible for this program, or may be asked to make an appointment outside of regular tax season.

Please note, the clinic cannot help with filings in the following cases:
-
Those with a personal income over $50,000
-
Those who are self-employed
-
Those who are filing for more than two years at one time
-
Those who have income from rental properties
-
Those who are filing on behalf of a deceased person
