About the program

Through the COVID-19 pandemic, the world has become increasingly virtual - and we know how overwhelming using technology can be. Our volunteer-based Tech Support Team is here to support you with any tech issues you may be experiencing. Support is available remotely, over Zoom or over the phone, depending on what you are comfortable with.

Our team can help with any technology issues that may come up, including addressing specific concerns, and teaching new skills. There is a limit of one tech issue or learning topic per session, to ensure all clients are able to get the support they need. 

We are able to offer tech support in:

  • English

  • Farsi

  • French

  • Arabic

  • Greek

Please note that as this is a new program,

we are learning and improving as we go.
